Health Problems: Experience of Myself

Health is one of the most important things we should cherish. The weather becomes hotter and hotter gradually, and there is no sign of rain here. So lots of people, including me, always stay in the airconditioned room, without going out only when there is something essencial to do, like shoping, going to work and so on.

Actually it is bad for our health. Our body like a delicate instruments need adjusting itself when the conditions become, which is in need of times. And when we stay in the houses, there is no excesie usful to do for our body except chatting with each other or waching TV. Maybe it cann’t do anything much bad to your health in oneday, whereas if we spend our all times in this condition everyday , which  may claim our attention. Our health is being destroyed.

I am the very victim caused by it. I work and study all the daytime in the airconditioned work environment and go back to the sultry dormitory at night, which make me fall ill. Having headache and weaking as a kitten for two days, finally, I have cosumed so much medicine and water that make me feel better. Untile then I have realized that more execises and nutrition is very essencial in these times. We should need more water, vegetables and less time in the airconditioned room. So from now on I should spend more times doing someting useful to my health.

If you are  under the similar conditions,  I propose that a change should be made.  Cherish you health.
